Queue may offer features that use automated technologies to analyze links, identify places, extract or organize publicly available information, categorize recommendations, enrich place information, or provide other functionality.
These features may process information contained in or associated with links or other content that you choose to provide to Queue.
We may use third-party service providers to perform some of this processing on our behalf.
Automated technologies may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. You should independently verify information that may affect travel, reservations, availability, pricing, safety, or other important decisions.
If our use of automated processing materially changes how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
4. Photos and Device Permissions
Queue may request permission to access certain features of your device, including:
location services;
camera;
photo library; and
sharing functionality.
Queue accesses these device features only in accordance with the permissions you choose to grant.
You may change or revoke permissions through your device settings at any time. Revoking a permission may prevent certain Queue features from functioning.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration.
We may disclose information in the following circumstances.
A. With Other Queue Users
Queue includes social and collaborative features.
When you choose to share recommendations, places, maps, Trips, profile information, comments, or other content, that information may be visible to the users with whom you choose to share it.
Shared or collaborative features may also allow other participants to add or modify content.
You are responsible for choosing what information you share and with whom you share it.
B. Service Providers
We use third-party service providers to operate and provide Queue. Depending on the Services and features you use, these providers may process information on our behalf.
Supabase
We use Supabase for backend infrastructure, including authentication, database hosting, user profiles, saved places, friend requests and connections, shared content, Trips, comments, account deletion requests, file and photo storage, signed image delivery, and backend functionality.
Google Maps Platform and Google Places API
We use Google services to provide place search, autocomplete, place details, nearby place lookup, addresses, geographic coordinates, categories, and related place and map information.

Squarespace
We use Squarespace to host Queue's public website.
Google Workspace
We may use Google Workspace to manage business communications, including customer support and privacy requests sent to Queue.
We may add or change service providers as Queue evolves. Service providers that process personal information on our behalf are expected to protect that information in accordance with applicable law and their contractual obligations.
Queue does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs or third-party subscription-management SDKs within the mobile application. If our practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
6. Aggregated and De-Identified Information
We may create aggregated or de-identified information from information collected through Queue.
We may use and share aggregated or de-identified information for purposes including:
analytics;
research;
product development;
improving Queue;
understanding trends and preferences;
business insights;
partnerships; and
commercial purposes.
We take reasonable measures designed to prevent information treated as de-identified from being associated with an identifiable individual.
Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.
7. Analytics and Advertising
Queue may use analytics technologies to understand how users interact with the Services, evaluate performance, troubleshoot problems, and improve Queue.
Queue does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs within the mobile application.
If Queue introduces advertising, advertising measurement, or technologies that involve sharing personal information with advertising partners, we will update this Privacy Policy and provide any notices, consent mechanisms, or opt-out rights required by applicable law.
We do not knowingly share private saved places, private notes, private Trips, private photos, or precise GPS location with advertising partners for targeted advertising.
Certain privacy laws may define some advertising-related disclosures as a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged. If Queue engages in such activities, we will provide any disclosures and choices required by applicable law.
8. Payments and Subscriptions
Queue may offer paid features or subscriptions in the future.
If you purchase a subscription or other paid feature through Apple's App Store, Apple processes the payment. Queue does not receive or store your full payment card information.
We may receive limited information necessary to verify and manage a purchase or subscription, such as subscription status, product or plan purchased, transaction or receipt identifiers, purchase dates, renewal information, and expiration status.
If Queue later uses a third-party subscription-management provider, we will update this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
9. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Queue and for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including maintaining security, complying with legal obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and enforcing our agreements.
Account information and User Content are generally retained while your Queue account remains active.
When you delete your account, we will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account unless we are legally required or permitted to retain particular information.
Some information may remain temporarily in backups, system logs, security records, fraud-prevention systems, or other technical systems until those records are overwritten or no longer reasonably necessary.
Aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be associated with you may be retained.
10. Account Deletion
You may initiate deletion of your Queue account through the account settings within the App.
Account deletion will remove or de-identify your Queue account and associated personal information, subject to information we are legally required or permitted to retain.
Information that you previously shared with other users may have been viewed, copied, or otherwise retained by those users outside Queue's control.
If deletion cannot be completed immediately, we may retain information temporarily while the request is processed and while backup and technical systems cycle.
If you have an active subscription, deleting your Queue account may not automatically cancel the subscription. App Store subscriptions may need to be canceled separately through Apple.
11. Your Privacy Choices and Rights
You can manage certain privacy choices directly through Queue and your device settings.
Depending on where you live and applicable law, you may also have the right to:
request access to personal information we maintain about you;
request correction of inaccurate personal information;
request deletion of personal information;
request a copy or export of certain information;
object to or restrict certain processing;
withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
opt out of certain sales, sharing, or targeted advertising where applicable; and
appeal certain decisions regarding a privacy request where applicable.
You may manage location, camera, photo library, and other device permissions through your iOS settings.
To submit a privacy request, contact support@getqueue.app.
We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests.
12. U.S. State Privacy Rights
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws.
Depending on the law and whether it applies to Queue, these rights may include access, correction, deletion, portability, and the ability to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, or profiling.
Queue does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.
If Queue becomes subject to additional state-specific privacy requirements, we will provide any supplemental disclosures, notices, or opt-out mechanisms required by applicable law.
13. Children's Privacy
Queue is not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete the information.
If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to Queue, please contact us at support@getqueue.app.
14. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information.
However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.
You are responsible for protecting your Queue account credentials and should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
15. International Users
Queue is operated from the United States.
If you access Queue from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, or processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
Those countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your country of residence.
If Queue expands its operations into jurisdictions requiring additional privacy disclosures or safeguards, we will update our practices and this Privacy Policy as appropriate.
16. Third-Party Links and Services
Queue may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, social media platforms, mapping services, reservation platforms, businesses, applications, or other services.
We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, security, availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.
Information you provide directly to a third party is governed by that third party's privacy policy and terms.
17. Business Transfers
If Four R Holdings LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar business transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
18. Legal and Safety Disclosures
We may preserve, access, or disclose information when we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to:
comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements;
investigate suspected fraud, abuse, security incidents, or violations;
protect the rights, property, or safety of Four R Holdings LLC, Queue, our users, or others; or
establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
19. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as Queue, our technology, or applicable laws change.
If we make material changes, we may notify you through the App, by email, on our website, or through another reasonable method.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy indicates when it was most recently revised.
Where required by applicable law, we will obtain consent before applying materially different data practices to information previously collected.
